Our Home

We moved into the Montclair Hills area of Oakland (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montclair,_Oakland,_California) in the spring of 2012. Our home is modest at about 2,000 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, an updated kitchen, living room and dining room. The house sits on a large corner lot with plenty of outdoor space, trees and decking. The neighborhood is well established and maintained.  We are very fortunate to have great open spaces in the area too.  There are a number of regional park districts just 5 minutes from the house where we can walk, hike and spend time enjoying the scenery from about 1,100 feet,  offering spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the city of San Francisco. We've also emjoyed camping at an East Bay Regional park just 20 minutes from the house.  It's perfect for a quick and easy getaway.

There are plenty of local parks and kid friendly spaces, a very walkable shopping district, along with top kindergarten and elementary schools.  It's definitely a gem hidden inside the city of Oakland.
